Bread Dipper:
Using a mortar and pestle, crush herbs de prevonce to make it smaller and release it's flavors. Mix with a good extra virgin olive oil. For Added flavor add sea salt . For the ultimate bread dipper add Pix Z Dust to taste!!!
Salad Dressing:
one third citrus (lime,lemon,orange), or any flavor vinegar. Add crushed herbs de prevonce. Two thirds good grade olive oil. Slowly drizzle and wisp oil into your bowl. To this mixture add sea salt to taste. For exceptional flavor add Pix Z Dust instead of sea salt.
